All the Tarantino's originality is profused here. All the cruel scenes are in black and white (ok, no all...) and the passage from the color is absolutely original. In the beginning for example, the swich from the black and white to the colour is lead by Uma Thurman with a blink of the eyes. One chapter of the movie is a cartoon, in pure japanese style, with blood everywhere. Amazing.
